who can effectively convert leads into clients for our

performance-based
, ideal for confident communicators with strong sales and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert incoming leads for
website development services
into paying clients
Follow up with leads via
calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable website packages
Coordinate with the technical team for smooth onboarding
Maintain lead records and conversion reports
Achieve monthly conversion targets
Skills & Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Good communication & convincing skills (English/Hindi)
Basic understanding of
website development & digital services
Experience in
sales, marketing, or lead conversion
preferred
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently
Compensation:
Percentage-based commission on each successful website project
High earning potential based on conversions
No upper limit on commission
