We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Operations Manager to lead our HR and operations functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and operations management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll, office operations, and coordinating with the customer relations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
Foster a positive work environment and company culture
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and facilities management
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
Collaborate with the customer relations team to ensure excellent customer service
Provide support to senior management on HR and operational matters

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
