The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and possess the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Proficiency in South Indian languages such as
Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil
is essential, as a significant portion of our customer base communicates in these languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Communicate with existing and potential customers to provide service information, resolve queries, and build strong relationships.
Maintain records of calls and update customer details accurately in the CRM system.
Follow-up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer service (cargo/logistics industry preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in
Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil
.
Basic proficiency in
Hindi and English
is required.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
Previous experience in logistics or cargo industry will be an added advantage.
