Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Female Legal Advocate

to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all legal matters, disputes, regulatory issues, compliance requirements, and corporate legal affairs. This role requires in-depth legal knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to represent the company in legal proceedings confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and support on company matters. Draft, review, and manage various legal documents including contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, etc. Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when required. Ensure company's compliance with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. Handle labor law issues, employee disputes, and any litigation involving the company. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly. Maintain legal records and documentation systematically. Assist in risk management strategies from a legal perspective.

Requirements:

LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university. Must be a licensed advocate with the Bar Council of India. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal matters. Proven experience in handling court cases, contract management, and compliance. Excellent knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law. Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks.
