HP World - Sysmantech Stores is looking for a

committed and professional Female Leads Manager

to handle customer leads, calls, and messages, and to coordinate effectively with telecallers, store managers, and sales teams. This is a

target-based role

with growth and incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries

Provide

accurate product and offer details

to customers

Allocate and forward leads

to telecallers, store managers, and sales executives Track lead status and ensure

timely follow-ups

Coordinate between customers and internal teams for conversions Maintain daily and monthly

lead & conversion reports

Support sales teams in achieving

assigned targets

Attend important calls and respond to messages

after office hours when required

Maintain professional, polite, and prompt communication with customers and colleagues

Salary & Incentives

Total Package:

?50,000 per month

Salary Split:

60% Fixed Salary

40% Performance-Based (Target Achievement)

Additional Incentives:

Extra incentives for exceeding targets Experience in

lead handling / telecalling / sales coordination

preferred Strong communication skills (calls, WhatsApp & customer interaction) Comfortable working with

targets and performance metrics

Good coordination skills with internal teams

Highly committed and responsible

Willing to be available on phone

beyond office hours if needed
