Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and handle patient enquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments across all clinics.
Coordinate with clinic teams to manage doctor availability and chair slots.
Maintain appointment records and daily follow-up lists.
Assist with basic front-desk support when required.
Update patients about treatment plans, timings, and follow-ups.
Ensure smooth communication between clinics, doctors, and staff.
Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and walk-in coordination.
Maintain professionalism and ensure good patient experience over calls.
