Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when required
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with customers
Update customer records and interaction details in CRM systems
Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms
Explain products/services and assess customer interest
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement
