Position Overview:

We are seeking a

passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher

who loves working with young children and is dedicated to creating a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the early development of children and be their first guide in the exciting world of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3 to 6. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning through play-based and experiential teaching methods. Observe and assess student progress regularly, and maintain documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions. Uphold the values and vision of Birla Open Minds School in all interactions with children and families.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience

teaching in a kindergarten or pre-primary setting. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed. in Nursery/Primary Education, or equivalent. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Deep understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Patience, creativity, and a warm, caring attitude towards young learners. Familiarity with activity-based, thematic, or Montessori-style teaching is a plus.
