The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, able to deliver activity-based, Multiple Intelligence curriculum, and willing to engage children throughout the daycare and academic day.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities for children aged 1-6, adapting to group needs.
Supervise, care for, and actively engage children both during class and daycare hours.
Implement Multiple Intelligence and activity-based curriculum, ensuring holistic development.
Maintain daily records: attendance, observations, progress, incident reports, and communication to parents.
Work collaboratively with academic and daycare staff for seamless care, learning, and handover.
Be present and responsible for children during transition times (arrival, meals, rest, pick-up).
Participate in special events, trainings, and school promotional activities as scheduled.
Use MS Office for lesson planning, assessments, and reports.
Ensure classroom and daycare environments are clean, safe, and organized.
Adhere to the institution's policies regarding attendance, leave, and participation in events.
Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline (preference for Early Childhood/Nursery Teachers' Training or related field).
Experience with young children in an educational/daycare context is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Patient, energetic, and creative; passionate about child development and care.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
Willingness to work across daycare and classroom as per schedule.
