aviation or hospitality
, to provide professional and personal support to the employer. The role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and a polished demeanor, with the ability to multitask and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the employer.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and follow-ups with professionalism.
Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and logistics.
Provide hospitality support during meetings and events.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders on behalf of the employer.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations when needed.
Ensure confidentiality and maintain a professional approach at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline;
aviation or hospitality background preferred

3-4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or executive support.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Presentable, polished, and well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
Flexible, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
