Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in Luxury/Fashion/Jewellery industry)
Roles & Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with customers
Should provide detailed information about the products to the customers
Should understand client needs
Should resolve client queries via calls
Making outbound calls to clients
Maintain proper follow-ups with potential customers via calls
Should coordinate with other teams
Customer follow-up
Work closely with the owner to interact with her clients/vendors/ order follow ups/ inventory, etc.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience from any luxury/ fashion retail industry who worked as Sales Coordinator, or Customer Care executive, or Guest relations etc.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
