Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer personalised product advice.
Sales:
Recommend suitable pieces, explain features (e.g., gemstones, metals, craftsmanship), and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a strong understanding of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, watch brands, certifications, and aftercare.
Merchandising:
Arrange displays, maintain stock presentation, and monitor inventory levels.
Transactions:
Process payments, issue receipts, handle returns/exchanges following store policy.
Security:
Follow store security protocols, monitor high-value items, and ensure safe handling of jewellery.
Aftercare Support:
Offer cleaning services, repairs, and warranty information.
Store Maintenance:
Keep the sales area clean and organised.
