Job Description

:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Proactively contact potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.

Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

Sales Execution:

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Respond to inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer support.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 years of experience.

Good communication skills with English proficiency and Good Knowledge on Excel.

Office Timings: 10:00am to 6:00pm

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
