We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Inside Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and effective follow-ups on sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and on time Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and related documents Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams for smooth order execution Track and follow up on leads, prospects, and pending orders Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation Monitor stock levels and product availability in coordination with the inventory team Ensure prompt and effective communication between clients and the sales team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience in sales coordination, administration, or a support role (freshers may apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, including Pivot Tables) and CRM software Attention to detail with a strong problem-solving mindset Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments Knowledge of inventory or order management systems Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
