The role requires
1-3 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience
, with strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries from potential clients.
Understand client needs (store setup, management, marketing, growth) and pitch tailored
E-commerce Solution packages
.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers while meeting sales and revenue targets.
Handle objections (pricing, ROI, trust) professionally and close deals with confidence.
Upsell and cross-sell premium packages for higher revenue per client.
Maintain accurate lead/customer data and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding of new clients.
in inside sales, telesales, consultative sales, or customer service (E-commerce/solution selling experience preferred).
Strong communication in English & Hindi (verbal + written).
Confidence in consultative selling, negotiation, and handling objections.
Target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to multitask across calls, chats, and CRM updates.
What We Offer
Salary Range:
?18,000 - ?30,000 per month.
Performance Incentives:
Upto ?40,000 monthly (based on sales closures).
