Attending and handling all incoming enquiries for IELTS /PTE /SPOKEN ENGLISH. Providing information and guidance regarding courses in professional and helpful manner Covert incoming enquiry calls into admissions by proving detailed about our courses. Completing all admission process formalities. Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries Must have information about Admission Targets. Revenue Generation Assisting Students in the admission process and fee collection. Handling center resources -Study Material. Regular Progress Card checking / check Course closure date and guide Student for extension , if need. Cold-calling from the given database for leads generation and process for the nurturing calling. Talk with the prospect/leads on the phone so as to convert the leads .Follow ups of

Graduate Female with minimum 2 yrs experiences as IELTS / PTE Counsellor.

Required

Excellent Communication and Writing Skills.

Computer Literacy.
