Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling and onboarding
Work actively on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) for hiring needs
Coordinate and conduct initial rounds of interviews
Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports
Assist in employee engagement, joining formalities, and basic HR operations
Support performance review coordination and exit processes
Skills & Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel and documentation
Organized, adaptable, and a team player
