The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process -- from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify the right talent for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements for various departments and create effective job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads or hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Assist in employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Support HR team in other areas like employee engagement, attendance, and performance tracking when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
