Job Title: Female HR Manager (3 to 5 Years Experience)
Job Summary
: We are seeking a
female HR Manager
with
3 to 5 years of professional experience
to oversee and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance while supporting a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
2. Employee Relations
Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
Promote healthy work relationships and conflict-resolution practices.
Conduct employee engagement activities and surveys.
3. Performance Management
Oversee performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans (PIPs) when needed.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
5. Training & Development
Identify employee training needs.
Coordinate learning and development programs.
Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
6. Payroll & HR Administration
Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance records.
Manage leave, benefits, and employee data.
Prepare HR reports for leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
in HR management or related HR roles.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
