HR Manager

to lead and manage our human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle payroll processing, salary revisions, and statutory compliance. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Address employee grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster a healthy work environment. Drive employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives. Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisal processes. Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company compliance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience (preferably in both IT & Non-IT sectors). Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
