Position Overview



We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly professional

HR Manager

to lead all facets of human resources management at Bhagat Group. The HR Manager will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals while creating an environment of high performance, legal compliance, and employee satisfaction. This is an outstanding opportunity for a visionary HR leader to impact the business positively through innovative HR practices and strategic leadership.

HR Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Employee Relations:

Manage employee conflicts, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Compliance & Legal Oversight:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.

HRIS & Data Management:

Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.

Training & Development:

Implement training programs to upskill employees and develop leadership.

Diversity & Inclusion:

Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Employee Engagement:

Drive programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in HR, with 3+ years in leadership roles.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency:

Expertise in HRIS, MS Office, and HR analytics.
