Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement

HR policies

, procedures, and systems across all departments. Manage

recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention

processes. Handle

employee relations

, attendance, discipline, and grievance management. Create and monitor

performance management systems

and reward structures. Ensure compliance with

labour laws and statutory requirements

. Partner with management to improve

employee engagement and productivity

. Prepare and maintain

HR reports, MIS, and documentation

. Drive

company culture initiatives

and workforce planning.

Requirements:



Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related field.

Minimum 3 years of HR experience

, preferably in

retail, FMCG, or large-scale organisations

. Strong knowledge of

HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee management

. Excellent

communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

. Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
