Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement activities.
HR Policies & Compliance
Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
Performance Management
Implement appraisal process (KPI/KRA based evaluation).
Monitor and improve employee productivity.
Payroll & Attendance
Oversee payroll processing, leave, and attendance management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Time-to-close vacancies within defined timelines.
Employee retention rate & attrition control.
Successful implementation of performance appraisal cycle.
Training hours delivered per employee per year.
Employee satisfaction & engagement scores.
Compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Female candidate with a
Master's degree in HR (MBA-HR preferred)
