to reduce attrition and improve satisfaction.
Preference to the female candidates
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in hospital/healthcare HR will be an added advantage.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, and payroll management.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Good understanding of
