Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

of doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and support staff. Prepare and maintain

duty rosters & shift schedules

. Handle

attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

. Maintain proper

employee records, contracts, and certifications

(medical council registrations, license renewals, etc.). Conduct

employee orientation, training, and induction programs

for hospital staff. Ensure

compliance with healthcare labor laws, NABH standards, and hospital policies

. Address staff grievances and ensure a healthy work environment. Support

management in performance appraisals and policy updates

. Assist in

employee engagement activities

to reduce attrition and improve satisfaction. Preference to the female candidates

Requirements:



Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in hospital/healthcare HR will be an added advantage. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, and payroll management. Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Good understanding of

healthcare compliance & HR best practices
