We have an opening for HR Executive in Our Corporate Office.

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 0 to 1 years' experience in Recruitment.

Timings: 10.00am to 6.00pm

Salary: 13k to 15k.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates

Required qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools/software
