We are seeking a proactive and energetic Recruiter / HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract, screen, and hire top talent across various departments. This role requires strong communication skills, people management abilities, and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a quality candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of recruitment experience (real estate industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and hiring tools.
High level of professionalism and positive attitude
