We are looking for an experienced female HR generalist for a reputed company located in Science city.

Female candidates are preferred for the role.

Key Responsibilities of an HR Generalist:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, extending offers, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, providing guidance on company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Benefits Administration:

Assisting with the enrollment, management, and communication of employee benefits programs.

Performance Management:

Supporting performance reviews, providing feedback to employees, and assisting with performance improvement plans.

Policy Implementation:

Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

HRIS Management:

Maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems and ensuring data integrity.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and facilitating employee development.

Compliance:

Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensuring the organization is compliant.

Payroll Support:

Assisting with payroll processing, including data entry, adjustments, and timekeeping.
