Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support the performance appraisal and training processes
Ensure timely communication with employees regarding HR policies and updates
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Organize staff engagement and team-building activities
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of HR experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply)
Excellent spoken and written English is a must
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Presentable, confident, and professional personality
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
