Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
HR cum Placement Coordinator
to manage HR operations and facilitate successful student placements. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment partnerships, student career services, and internal HR responsibilities, contributing to both talent development and institute growth.
Key Responsibilities:Placement Coordination:
Build and maintain relationships with companies for student placement and internships.
Coordinate campus interviews, job fairs, and career workshops.
Maintain a database of student profiles and job opportunities.
Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and job readiness.
Follow up with companies post-placement for feedback and future opportunities.
HR Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding of internal staff and trainers.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Assist in performance reviews and feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment practices and job portals.
Ability to counsel and guide students professionally.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and record management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in educational institutions or training centers.
Knowledge of industry trends in engineering, CAD, IT, or management.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Internshala for placements.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
