We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic

Female HR Cum Counsellor

to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people management and counselling, with the ability to handle HR responsibilities and also guide individuals effectively as a counsellor.

This role also involves being part of a

sales-driven process

, where you'll be required to counsel clients/prospects about our services and assist in converting leads into successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic administrative tasks. Provide one-on-one counselling to walk-in or telephonic leads regarding services or career-related guidance. Actively participate in the sales counselling process and support conversion of leads. Maintain documentation and reports related to counselling sessions and HR operations. Follow up with prospective clients to drive successful closures. Assist management in building a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Female candidates only. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
