About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR
Admin Assistant
with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage recruitment activities and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle day-to-day office operations effectively.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and support the onboarding process.
Handle administrative tasks including attendance, documentation, and office coordination.
Support HR in employee engagement and compliance activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Qualifications
Graduation (any stream)
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and administration
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
