We are looking for skilled and courteous Female Receptionist to manage our front desk operations, provide exceptional guest service, and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and register guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome, register guests, and assign rooms.
2. Manage front desk operations: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries.
3. Check-in/check-out: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
4. Room assignments and key management: Assign rooms, manage key cards, and ensure secure key storage.
5. Guest services: Provide information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
6. Handle guest complaints and concerns: Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
7. Maintain accurate records: Update guest information, room assignments, and other relevant records.
8. Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
9. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and reflective of the resort's high standards.
Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
