To take care of our college students and to oversee the daily operations of the hostel including cleanliness, safety, and food quality. Ensure discipline among students and address behavioral or disciplinary issues promptly, and act as the first point of contact for hostel-related grievances or emergencies. Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy, attendance, and maintenance logs. Conduct regular rounds and surprise inspections to maintain order. Maintain cordial relationships with students while enforcing rules and regulations. Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of hostel infrastructure and facilities..
