Position: Female Hostel Warden

Location:

Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.

On-campus accommodation with meals provided.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

caring and responsible Female Hostel Warden

to oversee the

well-being, discipline, and safety

of female students in the school hostel. The warden will act as a

guardian and mentor

, ensuring a

secure and nurturing

residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the

daily routine

of female hostel students, ensuring discipline and order. Address student

emotional and academic concerns

with empathy. Conduct

regular checks

to maintain hostel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Act as a

counselor and mentor

, supporting students in their personal and academic growth. Enforce

security and safety protocols

within the hostel premises. Coordinate with teachers and administration to address

student behavior and well-being

. Handle

medical emergencies

, ensuring timely care and communication with parents. Organize

recreational, wellness, and life-skill activities

to support students' holistic development. Encourage a

positive and disciplined hostel environment

through structured engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Degree/Diploma in

Education, Psychology, or Social Work

preferred). Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in a similar role, preferably in a

girls' residential school

. Strong

disciplinary and organizational

skills. Compassionate and

nurturing personality

to mentor students. Excellent

communication and problem-solving skills

. Ability to

handle emergencies and student concerns

effectively.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to

stay on campus

and be available for students round the clock. Ability to

work flexible hours

, including nights and weekends. Adaptability to a

residential school environment
