Kuhl Teen is looking for a passionate and results-driven Female Growth Marketing Executive to join our team.

You'll plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms, helping build Kuhl Teen's digital presence and reach more teens every day.

What You'll Do

Run Paid Campaigns:

Take ownership of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Monitor & Optimize:

Track performance, analyze results, and tweak campaigns to deliver the best ROI.

Target the Right Audience:

Define and refine audience segments to reach the teens who matter most.

Manage Budgets:

Handle ad spends efficiently, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing impact.

Report & Recommend:

Generate actionable insights and suggest improvements to strengthen our digital strategy.

Collaborate:

Work closely with internal teams and agencies to align campaigns with Kuhl Teen's brand goals.

Who We're Looking For

Female candidates with experience in digital advertising and paid campaign management. Analytical, proactive, and passionate about growing brands through performance marketing. Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, teen-focused environment.
