We are looking for a
Female Office Coordinator
to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
andle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
Manage filing systems and documentation.
Support HR, sales, and management with administrative tasks.
Coordinate internal communication and office logistics.
Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and welcoming.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements & Skills
? Any Degree
? Basic Computer Knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
