Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel PMS (Property Management System). Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly and accurately. Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requests. Maintain clear records of room availability, bookings, and guest accounts. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Handle billing, payments, and cashiering duties accurately. Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
