White Zone Dental Clinic is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule/reschedule appointments efficiently.
Maintain and update patient records in the clinic's system.
Handle billing, payment collection, and provide receipts to patients.
Coordinate with dentists, dental assistants, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
Manage front office cleanliness, organize patient waiting areas, and ensure a professional environment.
Maintain appointment reminders through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Assist patients with forms, documentation, and insurance-related queries if applicable.
Address patient concerns or escalate them to the concerned authority promptly.
Support in day-to-day administrative tasks as required by management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
Prior experience as a Receptionist, preferably in healthcare/dental clinic, is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
