Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
Handle incoming calls and maintain call logs
Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area cleanliness
Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules
Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
Assist management with daily office tasks
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Presentable and professional attitude
Prior experience as a receptionist will be an advantage
