to serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a smart, dynamic, and highly presentable individual with polished communication skills and a flair for hospitality. The role demands someone with a strong command of English, a professional attitude, and a warm personality that reflects the brand's luxury ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome clients and visitors with professional etiquette
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
Ensure the reception area reflects the brand's aesthetics at all times
Coordinate with internal teams for showroom and client servicing operations
Manage basic administrative support and front desk protocols

Minimum graduate in any discipline
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written English (accent neutral preferred)

Proficient in MS Office, basic computer operations, and email handling
