As the face of our Dental Hospital, you will play a vital role in patient care coordination. You will be responsible for managing patient flow and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Hospital Hospitality:
Act as the primary point of contact; manage patient arrivals, triage inquiries, and maintain a professional lobby environment.
Patient Coordination:
Oversee complex scheduling across multiple dental departments and coordinate with specialists/surgeons for seamless transitions.
Medical Records & Registration:
Accurately manage digital health records, consent forms, and new patient registrations.
Revenue Management:
Handle billing, insurance pre-authorizations, co-pays, and daily financial reporting.
Communication Hub:
Manage the hospital switchboard and serve as a bridge between patients and the clinical team.
Emergency & Safety:
Execute hospital safety protocols and assist in directing patients during emergency medical situations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Prior experience in a hospital or multi-specialty healthcare setting is highly preferred.
Interpersonal:
Exceptional empathy and the ability to handle patient concerns with grace.
Technical:
Proficiency in Hospital Management Systems (HMS) and office software.
Soft Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor in a high-traffic environment.
