Urgent Hiring for Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food and beverages industry. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our company.
Candidates preferred must be comfortable with Travel PAN INDIA for client meetings
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in sales, business development, or B2B marketing
Proficiency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
Digital marketing knowledge and social media handling experience
Proficient in MS Office (PPT) and ability to present professionally
Personality: Pleasant and approachable with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and event
Salary - 20,000 to 25,000 Per Month
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B sector
Lead generation and engagement with senior-level clients
Represent the company in client meetings and events, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management and PPT presentations
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive sustained business growth
Collaborate with the Sales Head to develop sales strategies and meet targets
