Job Summary

Looking for a female full-time store manager who can manage a luxury multi-brand fashion store which includes

- back-end management,

- inventory recording &

- basic accounting and

- handling customers at the front end.

There is NO designing or merchandising involved in this job.

Location: Theatre Road, Kolkata

Days: Monday - Saturday, 10am-7pm

THe candidate should be

- female

- living in Kolkata

- fluent in English and Hindi

- have a good working knowledge of MS excel

- interested in saws

- basic accounting knowledge

- good with numbers

- perfectionist with logistics

- good in interacting with HNI clients

- hardworking & honest

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Making all bills for clients

2. Handling logistics & invoicing - goods coming in & going out, couriers

3. Creating reports -

- Daily Transaction report for store owner - month sales reports for 25-30 designers

4. Maintaining stocklist daily online and physically

5. Supervising client trials and backend alterations with tailor

6. Manning the reception desk - calls, client management, able to give information of in store events, status of outfits and deliveries to clients and address all issues

7. Dealing with designers to track parcels, place orders

8. Dealing with clients to facilitate sales and address any issues and complaints

9. Manage all cash received and credit card payments, due balances of clients

10. Manage store whats app number and interact with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
