office-based role
requiring
strong English communication, good numerical skills
, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overseas customer communication via email and phone
- Prepare quotations, order sheets, and follow-ups
- Coordinate orders and maintain customer records
- Work on MS Excel for pricing, order tracking, and data management
- Ensure timely responses and a smooth customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
- Good command over basic mathematics
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
- Friendly, warm, and customer-focused personality
