Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
Screen and manage emails, calls, and requests with professionalism.
Assist in project tracking, data collection, and deadline management.
Maintain confidential records, documents, and filing systems.
Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.)
, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Freshers with a science background are welcome
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital scheduling tools.
Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
