Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who is capable of wearing multiple hats and excelling in diverse roles. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, an MBA, and a strong aptitude for managing tasks across finance, sales, and marketing functions. This is a critical role that requires excellent organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Finance Management:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor expenses and generate financial reports for the CEO.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Sales Coordination:
Support sales pipeline management, including tracking leads, proposals, and follow-ups, including directly involving into sales.
Work with the sales team to prepare pitches and presentations for potential clients.
Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the CEO.
Marketing Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
Project Management:
Oversee and track key projects and deliverables across teams.
Ensure timely completion of tasks by coordinating with various departments.
Report project updates to the CEO and escalate issues as necessary.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle communications with clients, vendors, and other partners on behalf of the CEO.
Strategy and Planning:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize operational and business strategies.
Participate in business development activities as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
MBA from a reputed institution.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
