Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Schedule Management:

Optimizing executive time, scheduling/rescheduling meetings, ensuring preparedness.

Communication Hub:

Screening calls/emails, drafting correspondence, acting as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders.

Travel & Logistics:

Arranging complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expenses.

Document Preparation:

Creating, editing, and proofreading reports, presentations, memos, and other materials.

Meeting Support:

Coordinating logistics, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.

Information Management:

Organizing and maintaining confidential files, records, and databases.

Project Support:

Assisting with special projects, tracking progress, and coordinating resources.

Office Management:

Handling general administrative tasks, supplies, and visitor screening.
Key Skills/Attributes:

Discretion & Confidentiality:

Handling sensitive information securely.

Proactive Anticipation:

Identifying needs before they arise.

Organization & Prioritization:

Managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong Communication:

Clear and professional interaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
