Key Responsibilities:
Promote e-pharmacy products/services to customers through calls, field visits, or digital platforms.
Drive sales growth by onboarding new customers and retaining existing ones.
Reach out to doctors, clinics, and hospitals for partnerships or prescription generation.
Explain features of the e-pharmacy platform/app and help customers place orders.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets (e.g., prescription uploads, order volume, or revenue).
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and individual customers.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the internal team.
Handle queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Ensure timely follow-ups for order conversion and payment closure.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or FMCG).
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of pharmacy products and online ordering processes is a plus.
Basic computer and mobile app usage skills.
Bike and Android smartphone (for field roles) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Telesales or field sales experience in pharmacy/healthcare
Local language proficiency
CRM or ERP software knowledge is an added advantage
Salary Range:
?12,000 - ?18,000/month + Incentives
Incentives:
Based on order targets, onboarding pharmacies/doctors, etc.
