Sakar IAS Academy is looking for enthusiastic and responsibleFemale Enquiry Response Executive to join our

Quick Response Team (QRT)

You'll be the first point of contact for students -- handling inquiries, following up on leads, and coordinating with the marketing and admissions teams.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to student inquiries quickly through

calls, WhatsApp, and emails

. Follow up with new leads and update all details in the

CRM system (HubSpot/Zoho/Meriito)

. Maintain clear communication and ensure timely responses to all queries. Support the

marketing and admissions teams

in daily coordination tasks. Help with lead tracking, follow-up reminders, and simple performance reports. Share student feedback and insights to improve communication and engagement.

Requirements

Female candidates only.

0-1 year of experience

in customer service, marketing support, or academic counseling. Excellent communication skills in

English and Tamil

(spoken and written). Basic knowledge of

CRM tools and Excel

preferred. Strong

organization, coordination, and multitasking

skills.
