Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Female English Tele Caller
to join our team. The primary responsibilities are making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to lead generation or meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of
outbound calls
to potential or existing customers professionally and persuasively.
Clearly and confidently
explain products or services
to customers entirely in English.
Handle customer inquiries
and concerns effectively and courteously over the phone.
Maintain and
update customer records
and call logs accurately in the database (CRM).
Follow up on leads and achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Required Qualifications:
Gender:
Female (as per user request).
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., etc.).
Language:
Fluent and clear spoken English

Skills:
